Here are some guidelines for filling out the Self-Awareness Questionnaire:
- Write down what instantly comes up for you regarding your Core Beliefs, Mindsets, Behaviors, Gifts, Talents, Knowledge, Life experiences, Life Lessons, Interests and Passions
- Consider all aspects of your life (Spirituality, Health & Well-being, Family & Home, Purpose & Creativity, Relationships, Money, Play & Adventure, Personal Style)
- Notice what keeps showing up in your life, what lessons keep repeating themselves
- Go deeper and really reflect on what’s true for you
- Some of the questions will be redundant, answer them anyway and see what reveals itself when asked differently
- Record your answers in a journal, on your computer or on sheets of paper you can keep in a folder or binder
- Feel free to add your own questions and please share them in the comments
